Earthenware Hexagon Plate with Hand-drawn Camellia by Kanejin-gama
Earthenware Hexagon Plate with Hand-drawn Camellia by Kanejin-gama
Here we are offering a stunning hexagon plate with lovely Japanese camellia drawing. The vermillion color has images of the sun and fire that have the meaning of wishing for the dynamism of life! It is why its color applicated to Torii at shrines in japan.
What I really like about camellia is it is written 椿 in kanji which is composed of 木(tree) and 春(spring); how endearing! It is a tree blooming in anticipation of the arrival of spring during the coldest time of winter! In this way, the camellia is considered a symbol of perseverance, vitality, and good luck.
This could be an ornamental display to admire as well as for everyday use.
